Sitrex HM300 tedder/rake with a three point hitch

The Sitrex HM300 tedder/rake with a three point hitch has a pivoting coupling which allows the machine to follow the tractor as the tractor turns to follow the crop. When the machine is raised, it locks automatically on the center position to avoid swinging back and forth. The machine also locks on uneven ground. The two rotor heads are equipped with ten flexible tines. During operation the tines run level due to centrifugal force. When thick hay is encountered the operator can adjust one tine outward which provides a wider opening to the increase the flow of thick crops. The operator can adjust the rear deflectors to the wide open position thus allowing spreading of the foliage for tedder mode. They can be closed as needed to adjust for even and aerated windrow. The HM 300 has a 10 feet working width.
